Foothills Regional Pain Center is a Christ-centered multidisciplinary pain management center specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and functional rehabilitation of patients with chronic pain. Our goal is to be a regional resource for patients and families in upstate South Carolina, northeast Georgia, and surrounding areas offering comprehensive, cost effective pain management care. As a full-time pain management practice, our professional staff and resources are dedicated entirely to the relief of pain and improving the quality of life for our patients with advanced pain management problems.

Laser disc decompression:
for early stage patients with small contained disc herniations, and painful degenerative disc disease, and mild spinal stenosis symptoms.
 

Endoscopic microdiscectomy and foraminotomy:
for later stage patients with larger disc herniations, bone spurs, advanced degenerative disc disease, and severe spinal stenosis symptoms.

The full promise of minimally invasive spinal surgery (MISS) for herniated disc and spinal stenosis has now been realized. Foothills Regional Pain Center is pleased to announce the availability of endoscopic microdiscectomy for many spinal problems causing back pain and sciatica previously requiring treatment by open spinal surgery and spinal fusion operations. Endoscopic microdiscectomy allows spinal pain specialists to treat these problems with less tissue trauma and preservation of spinal motion, allowing faster recovery time and earlier return to normal activities.
