OR01Upstate Pain Management and Surgery Center welcomes inquiries from pain management and surgical physicians seeking medical staff affiliation and equity partnership in the ASC entity. Upstate Pain Management and Surgery Center is Medicare certified, and holds an unrestricted Certificate of Need to perform all approved ambulatory surgical procedures. Eligible physicians will hold unrestricted South Carolina and Federal DEA licensure, and be approved for participation in SC Medicaid and Medicare programs. Surgeons from all ambulatory surgical services are encouraged to seek partnership. For pain management equity partners, training and certification in percutaneous laser discectomy is available. Interested physicians please contact Medical Director, Marion R.
