Synergy Endoscopic Training Consortium
Training in Lumbar Endoscopic Spinal Surgery

Postgraduate physician-supervised training in lumbar endoscopic spinal surgery is now available from the Synergy Endoscopic Training Consortium. The core curriculum includes:

  • Cadaveric instruction
  • Didactic training, theory and practice of spinal endoscopy and percutaneous discectomy
  • Transforaminal and dorsal interlaminar approaches to the spinal canal for treatment of herniated disc and spinal stenosis
  • Fluoroscopically guided techniques of percutaneous discectomy
  • Live surgical observation and hands-on proctoring of student cases
  • Review of current instrumentation by leading manufacturers
  • Billing and reimbursement issues
  • Credentialing assistance
